2.1 We're Not a Publisher
We're a neutral platform for user submissions. We don't:
- Edit or curate content
- Endorse or verify listings
- Adopt user views as our own
3. Who Can Use the Service
Age Requirement: 13+
You must be at least 13 years old to use this site.
By using the Service, you confirm:

- You're legally allowed to use the Service

4. User Accounts
4.1 Discord Sign-In
Some features need a Discord account. When you sign in:

4.2 Account Rules
You are responsible for all activity on your account.

5. User-Generated Content
5.1 You Own Your Content
You keep ownership of what you submit (listings, comments, etc.).
License you grant us: By posting, you give us permission to:
- Host and display your content
- Modify it for the platform
- Distribute it as part of the Service
5.2 Content Rules (Zero Tolerance)
All content must be:
- Legal
- Accurate
- Appropriate for a gaming audience
Banned Content
A. Explicit or Graphic Material
- Pornography or nudity
- Sexual content
- Extreme violence or gore
- Shock content
B. Hate & Harassment
- Hate speech or slurs
- Harassment or threats
- Extremist content
- Discrimination
C. Illegal Content
- Child exploitation (ZERO TOLERANCE)
- Criminal instructions
- Drug trafficking content
- Terrorism-related material
D. Fraud & Malware
- Viruses, malware, or exploits
- Phishing or scams
- Fake server info
- Vote manipulation
E. Intellectual Property Theft
- Copyright infringement
- Stolen logos or branding
- Pirated content
F. Platform Abuse
- Spam
- Low-effort submissions
- Excessive advertising
- Bypassing moderation
Breaking these rules = immediate action.
5.3 Moderation
We have full control over content on this platform.
We can (without warning or explanation):
- Remove any content
- Edit or block submissions
- Suspend or ban users
- Hide or delist servers
We are NOT required to:
- Give warnings first
- Explain our decisions
- Allow appeals
- Save removed content
All moderation decisions are final.
5.3.1 Good-Faith Moderation
We moderate to keep the platform safe. Moderation actions don't mean we endorse or control content.
5.4 Instant Ban Offenses
These violations = permanent ban, no warning:

5.5 No Guaranteed Publication
We don't have to publish anything. All content may be:
- Reviewed before posting
- Delayed
- Modified
- Rejected
- Removed
5.6 Image Uploads
Uploaded images:
- Are private by default
- Won't show until approved
- Are NOT pre-screened
Don't upload banned content. We can delete images and ban accounts at any time.
5.7 Unpublished Content
Submitting content doesn't guarantee it will be shown. We're not responsible for:
- Unapproved content
- Removed content
- Temporary storage of submissions
5.8 Serious Illegal Content
For severe illegal content (like child exploitation), we will:
- Remove it immediately
- Suspend associated accounts
- Save required records
- Report to authorities
No privacy protection for illegal content.
5.9 Report Bad Content
See something wrong? Report it.
We'll remove violating content as quickly as possible.
5.10 Child Safety (CSAM Policy)
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
If we find CSAM, we will:
- Block it immediately
- Save required records
- Report to NCMEC and authorities
- Permanently ban the account
Uploading CSAM is a serious crime.
5.11 Evidence Preservation
We may keep records and logs when required by law for:
- Compliance
- Investigations
- Legal reporting
5.12 No Duty to Monitor
We don't have to watch all content. Taking action on some content doesn't mean we'll catch everything.
6. Server Listings Disclaimer
We're just a listing platform.
What we do:
- Display server info
- Show community ratings
- Connect users to servers
What we DON'T do:
- Verify listing accuracy
- Guarantee server quality
- Control third-party servers
Accuracy
Server owners are responsible for their listing info. False information = removal or ban.
You join servers at your own risk.
7. What You Can't Do
